Your study with us may be validated toward your programme of studies at:

Pontifical Institute of Liturgy, Sant’Anselmo, Rome

Check with your academic advisor to see if your programme of studies will accommodate our courses. Usually our courses are validated in place of a required elective or required optional course. If approved by your academic advisor, then enrol in our course and complete the requirements including a final exam or paper. The instructor will assess your work and our registrar, Clare, will send a transcript with your marks to the respective institution. The institution then may validate your course with us toward your programme of study.

You are welcome to take more of our courses than your programme of study can accommodate. You may audit these additional courses (no exam, no mark) or you may choose to complete all the requirements of the course and have your work assessed in case you would like to request validation later, in another programme of studies or at another institution.

The Liturgy Institute is not an accrediting institution, so this process is not one of transfering credits, but rather their valuation of our course allows the course to fulfi. the requirement of your programme of studies with another institution.

The Liturgy Institute offers its own diploma in liturgical studies. The programme of studies was designed to be our equivalent of one full semester of studies in liturgy out of a four semester programme spanning two years at the level of the advanced master’s degree. The diploma is written in Latin and comes with an English equivalent. The required and elective courses are given on this web-page.
