The Institutum Liturgicum is established to promote liturgical research and graduate level education in liturgy in England. The curriculum is based on the first semester of studies at the Pontifical Institute of Liturgy, Sant’Anselmo, Rome, offered in English during the summer and accredited by the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. The Institum Liturgicum is endorsed by the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales.
